Understood man. Once you're able to it's the stick I'd recommend. Heck, I think it's on par with one of my buddies stick that cost him 300+ with floor based rudder pedals and all the bells and whistles. Definitely not needed for WoWP but still, the 3D Pro is a great stick, especially given the price!

Oh yeah, I play WoWP with the recent purchase of a cheap replacement to my old Saitek Cyborg EVO - I picked up the $30 Logitech Extreme 3D Pro just for WoWPlanes and while it takes some time to dial it in just right so aiming isn't "twitchy" vs. the mouse -- to me the mouse is far too alien because I've spent so many years playing flight sims or arcade flyers, such as WoWP with a stick. I tried the xbox 360 controller and it's just a maneuvarable as a stick but getting the aiming precise was simply too much, for me anyhow. Best wishes and happy hunting, Chaotic!
