Old review is at the bottom from launch, I felt like I should update with the release of Sunbreak and now into Title Update 4.

I think my playtime speaks volumes for how much there is to do, and how much fun the Monster Hunter games are. From Freedom Unite to now, these are games that are infinitely replayable and constantly evolving, the MH teams build off each other in each release, bringing more QoL and new ideas to the game each time.

There are some lazy/bad designed monsters in there, but most are well designed and with an appropriate difficulty scale.
I'm a little disappointed by the returning Elder in Title Update 4 being Velkhana, I disliked it in Iceborne and I was really hoping we'd see Vaal Hazak, especially considering how strong the Velk gear is, but the QoL changes that have come with this update make up for it,

It's Monster Hunter. But with better framerate and PC options.

OK. Networking has issues like MHW did at launch, it'll get fixed.
All the kids who are salty that this isn't MHW2 must have never watched a stream of it or seen an ad obviously. This game is what core MH has been for years, with the QoL and updates that new tech has brought to the series. It's addictive as hell and very fun to play, without having a crazy steep learning curve for new players.

Also, the Khezu fight music still slaps hard.
