Perfect game

Fun. Definitely a product of its time.

I recommend this game to people who do not care about NPCs or helping them with their lives so much as collecting resources to fix their broken stuff and then never talking to them again. If you like listening to podcasts/music/watching windowed youtube videos while you work on a farm and steadily make more money so you can blow it on resources to mke more things for your farm when you don't technically have to do anything at all? Play this game. Want better items? Go explore. You'll eventually upgrade everything to max and be able to do whatever you want. Is there much beyond that? Nah. But it makes me happy. I can listen to my podcasts or watch videos while pulling weeds, feeding my animals, collecting milk and eggs, tending to fruits and veggies, cooking expensive dishes, then selling those dishes to buy more things to make my farm prettier.

Inventory is infinite too and tools Don't Break. You do not need to sleep. You do not need to eat. You cannot feed your cat/dog and they're immortal so no worries there. You technically don't even need to feed your Lumas either unless you need Luma Energy to upgrade things or unlock recipes but once you unlock that recipe you don't need to worry about energy anymore. Do I feed them anyway? Of course I do. I'm not a MONSTER.

One thing I would very much like is the ability to feed my cat/dog. I like that they run off to find buried treasure but I DO think they should only be willing to do that if you feed them. I like the idea of sleep offering you a boon, such as a speed increase, or being able to eat a meal in the morning/whenever you wake up, but hey, if the devs do that, great, if they don't, whatever.

I'm happy to keep playing a game I've basically beaten just as something to focus on while I listen to other things. It's relaxing.

The music is beautiful and the sound effects are stunning. Standing near trees means you hear wind blowing through the leaves. Standing near your home in the rain means you hear rain on a roof. It's wonderful.

Purrfect game.

Gosh this is fun. I absolutely adore slowly building up my upgrades until I can carve through waves of bugs only to forget I'm still squishy and to die accidentally while caught up on the euphoric high of my wanton destruction. HIGHLY recommend.

An ever stretching desert wasteland looms ahead and then slowly but surely mysteries begin to reveal themselves to you. Your isolation in the game isn't as solitary as it seems. What a phenomenal journey. Lives up to the name.

This game is absolutely amazing. Fantastic voice acting, great story, stunning animation, imaginative foes and friends alike to fight, befriend, and maybe more.... Highly recommend.

Very fun. Despite seemingly repetitive gameplay, almost every session is unique. Much like Binding of Isaac and Hades, you will die a lot, but you will get progressively better, be it through power ups or strategy changes.
