A pretty fun game so far. It is similar to lethal company.. would you call it a lethal company-like? Like content warning? Its a new genre and I do not really know what it would fall into but of all the games in it I think this one is my favorite, I enjoy it more than lethal company or content warning, its a lot more chaotic and fun. A lot of monsters that behave in many different ways, not all of them want to kill you instantly. The physics aspect of it adds to the chaos and fun.

Overall I would say at this point its a pretty enjoyable game, looking forward to more maps, I think theres only three types so far.

This was a fun game with a lot of potential that was squandered by the devs, the project is basically abandoned, and all they've done since the last DLC drop in 2019 is rotate the dice sets around. There are still bad bugs in the game, especially with AI players that can make turns hang forever.
I would avoid this one if you are expecting any development at all because as it is I think it is a dead game that wont be updated again. If you can live with that, its okay if you can avoid the bugs. Just a shame because it could have been a lot more.

A lot better than I expected, good music and setting, that paid attention to the source material and used it. A fun time.

This is a very cute and very fun game. It plays a lot like pokemon, with capturing critters and using them to fight with you but it has several extra systems added on such as fusions and the health of the person using the beast.

Another thing it has over pokemon is that while elemental typing can confer strong advantages it doesnt turn the game into a one shot fest as it is in pokemon but instead it leads into status effects both offensive and defensive based on what elements you are being hit with which I think is an amazing improvement on the forumla and it plays a lot better than the games it was inspired from.

The bosses are eerie and spooky and look so out of place and I found it extremely fun and well made.

It did have a few freezing problems but now that I've beaten the game I would say it only happened a handful of times through the course of the game.

Overall a very fun and very cute game and Barkley is the best boy.

If you enjoyed SNES style JRPG's back in the day, or even now. This game really nails that feeling. From sound to look it emanates that feeling.It was a very enjoyable time for me, took about 40 hours for me to beat, I didn't get every achievement but I got most of them.You can tell a lot of time and effort went into this game, there is a lot of attention to detail, even how the little sprites move during the cut scenes says a lot. I really enjoyed this game and I strongly recommend it.

A pretty fun trip, the game mechanics change a lot over the course of the game. Be aware that what you see on the store page is only like, a third of the game, and things change up a fair bit, especially at the tail end of the game as more mechanics are introduced, and then others are stripped away.

I think the opening is the strongest part, it has the best story to it, while the middle feels more generic, the story is there but there is no story teller or interaction between you and them like in the opening and close of the game, while the close, the story teller is not as enjoyable as the opening, I would say the middle is the weakest part however, despite the ending taking away most of the mechanics.

Despite all that, I do recommend the game, its a good time seeing the plot unfold and playing with cards.

If you want to buy this for the conquest with friends, you should be ready for a frustrating experience as the game stacks you up in 2 v 5 scenarios and expects you to defend NPCs in the middle of the map while also being attacked from every direction, and you cant actually enter their territory to defend them without losing all your progress in winning the map and its prohibitively expensive to try to encircle them to keep them safe. And every time you try to make a push three players worth of defenders show up to fend you off. All in all this has made for a very frustrating experience for me and my friend both.
Single player might be alright but that's not why I bought this. Oh well.

Extremely fun, extremely frustrating.
The world is fascinating but terribly mysterious. If you like honest to goodness exploration and very little hand folding in a platformer this is probably for you.
Just, you know, don't be surprised when you get lost. Again.

Genuinely enjoyed. I like the exploration and finding all kinds of new things in the town day by day.
THe story got a little preachy at the end, or so I felt but so are lots of things these days.
Still a really nice game otherwise, and the little add on action game on the laptop is pretty fun and of itself. Good enough to be a stand alone game. (Though not an expensive one)

Be prepared to have your entire force get killed off by a single dude with a pistol.
Grade A Police work.
