Hopefully the patch till fix it, it's got an issue with scaling, and resolution and refresh rates. For a build done sperately I hink Bethesda pushed it out the door before the Arkane dvelopers had finished.

The shader chache can take ages to compile until it is evntually loaded the first time, then you can load it again and the yellow line for shader loding will load really fast.
