A wonderful Monster Hunter experience,

The hunting feels amazing in this game. The QoL changes to the gameplay feel wonderful and the weapons feel fresh, each having been tweaked to fit this new era. Weapon design and armour design are BACK! No more disgusting slap-on weapons or generic steel armour. The new monsters feel fun, and learning their attacks was interesting.

However, the game lacks any real difficulty right now. It's been too easy to mow through monsters in 10~ or so minutes. Navigating the environment on your Seikret provides more of a challenge than some of the monsters. The game is poorly optimized, and I've been seeing issues on higher-end graphics cards with frame generation and DLSS 3.0 . My 3070 and 5800x run this game beautifully. I rarely dip below 50fps.

All in all, the game is in a weird state right now, but if you can run it, please enjoy the best hunting experience the series has yet to offer.
