Grand Theft Auto IV: The Complete Edition

GTA IV Common issue [infinite loading screen / crash]
Here's a simple guide to hopefully help you:

Step 1: Disable G-SYNC
Head to your Nvidia Control Panel.
Go to "Set up G-SYNC" section.
Uncheck ☐ "Enable G-SYNC" box.

Step 2: Open Task Manager.
Switch to the "Details" tab.
Right-click on "GTAIV.exe".
Select "Set affinity".
Uncheck all processors except for ☑ CPU 0.

Step 3: Launch GTA IV.
Open the "Options" menu, then select "Graphics".
Set your "Video Mode" Your monitor's resolution put it at (120Hz, 100Hz, 75Hz).
Note: Lowering Hz before starting a mission will help with loading time and other issues.

Remember: Sometimes, even with these tweaks, GTA IV can still be unpredictable as a cougars in missions. If you're still having problems, don't give up hope! You're not alone in this battle.
