Medium difficulty is way too easy.. it's boring. Hard is too damn hard to justifying loosing all your gear when you die. Enemies just become sponges and take too long to kill. I'm good; thanks. One-shot by a troll that creeped up behind me. Lost all my legendary gear; I'm done. Interesting concept for a game, but needs some work to be considered "good". 3/10

75 hours in, completed every single available quest, explored everything. I climbed every mountain, hit every "early access F U wall". Loved every minute of it and want more! I'll probably play through it again and again if I'm honest. Currently starting a Multiplayer play through and enjoying that as well. Highly recommend.

Criticism for devs:
The progression on certain things feel very awkward. I'm looking at you, storage chests. I'm okay with utilizing more resources to craft larger storage containers, but the progression in which you unlock them seem way too damn slow. I was at the end of the game before I could craft the largest ones. While we're talking about chests.. let's talk QOL. I'm okay with making "magic" chests where crafting stations can pull from their inventory, and have some that can't. That's really nice, in case you're storing up mats for upgrading that flame alter you don't want to accidentally dip into those... I would like to see a universal "dump" into storage though. We have no signs we can create, so no way to label the chests. We have to just remember what goes where, or you end up having multiple things in multiple chests, that could be stacked up in one chest and now they're just taking up precious inventory slots. Enough on storage chests.

The enemy AI is really dumb sometimes. If you jump up on a ledge, melee enemies don't stand a chance. Add jumping/better path finding for melee enemies.

Please allow custom servers for this game, so we can have mp worlds where the "host" doesn't have to be online.

Buff player melee. It's too weak in end-game.

Add more affixes to gear please, and randomize it. The difference between a common, uncommon, rare, and legendary piece of gear, is just how many affixes it gets, and they are all the same, in the same order. I'm not a fan of the trade off on durability either. Like, this piece of gear is more rare, why is it's durability lower? Just because it has one extra affix? come on...

Imma be real with you. This game is awesome. Yeah, it's got a lot of crap you can buy in the shop. Like, a lot. But guess what, You can just ignore the shop entirely. It's not Pay to win; it's pay to progress slightly faster than other people. There's no pvp, so there's no real reason you can even call it pay to win.

The gameplay mechanics aren't anything new and it borrows some of the best parts from other games and slams them together in awesome fasion. Ignore the haters that just wanna jump on the hate bandwagon because of monetization. These guys made a great game and I see myself playing it for a while.

It's free, what do you have to lose? install it and at least give it a try.

Grinding Gear Games just keep coming up with new mechanics that keep me coming back. it's insane how much love they continue to pour into this game year after year.

When the game first launched, it was a bit buggy and wonky, but the dev has been releasing updates constantly and the improvements have been phenominal. Extremely fun and challenging. Worth the money, especially with the constant updates we're receiving.

It's a lot better with friends to play with, as it's too ez solo, but getting your friends together in the game is way more frustrating than it should be.

I went from traveling the world and exploring cultures, to playing this game non stop from wifi spot to wifi spot. It's a great game, just wish I would have waited to start playing it until I was done with my world travels.

Wasn't really expecting much going into this game. 80 hours later, I'm sad it's over. It was thoroughly enjoyable.
