Tartarus is still a bit of a grind at times compared to the Palaces of Persona 5, But the visual and gameplay/combat improvements of Persona 3 Reload makes it a fantastic game and definitely worth playing.

Graphics might not be entirely up to Worlds standards, but the gameplay is fluent and the Wirebug moves + Monster riding is fantastic! would 100% recommend this if you enjoyed World
