Bullet sponge enemies in the late game, terrible dialogue options, graphics were ugly from day one, mods are basically needed to make the game semi enjoyable. DLC is overpriced and offer basically nothing of interest other than a few eastereggs or gimmicks.

Not enough weapon varients, (Mods fix this)

Armor is piss poor, lacking and mostly ugly. (Again mods fix this)

If you have the time to mod the heck out of the game then the game is enjoyable, if you only see yourself playing vanilla due to bad net or lack of time to invest, then don't bother.
