In essence, they released a pre-alpha riddled with bugs, massively undercooked features (several of which were advertised in the trailer then outright removed to be added "later"), and very little content all for $40.

Wait several years and then buy.
OR, do what Blade & Sorcery did and have a pre 1.0 price and a post 1.0 price.

money hungry

buggy mess, awful balancing, terrible support team, alexus, slow content, massive focus on releasing warbonds and nothing else (which has terribly balanced weapons that they refuse to fix), stagger and constant ragdolling is insanely annoying, only new objectives we get are reskinned and limited time, very few new enemies which are INSANELY annoying, major orders are reskinned and if we grind to liberate a planet then they'll take it back in a few days. we waited over a month for a "balance patch" that managed to change essentially nothing. if there's any glaring issues with the game they'll take forever to notice it (because they don't play their own game) and take forever to patch it (which won't fix the issue until the third hotfix)
