It's a game that provides people the tools to make their own game modes, what more could you really ask for in a £6.99 game?

Dishonored 2 takes the basic gameplay that the first game set up and develops it slightly. It does so by giving the player new powers, each with their own mini skill tree and by allowing you to choose your protagonist. Even though there aren't too many new additions to the gameplay itself, it is still enough to keep the game feeling fresh and to justify the purchase if you've clocked the first game.

Dishonored 2 features some quite nice sound design. Most of the sounds do feel familiar having played the first game, but this is to be expected and is quite welcome. However, I did notice that with Headphone mode disabled enemies sounded as if they were right next to me when they were across the room from me, although this could just be me.

Just like the first game, Dishonored 2 is not the longest of games. However, the replayability of the game is one of its main selling points. The addition of different characters with their own powers and the ability to complete the entire game without even gaining supernatural powers definitely improves the replay value of the game. Though it doesn't have the longest story, it does have multiple endings for you to achieve and each of the missions are filled with collectibles to bring out your inner completionist. Basically, if you're someone who enjoys trying to uncover every secret in a game and is willing to sink a lot of time to 100% a game, this game has quite a lot to offer you.

Without going into Spoiler territory, Dishonored 2's story is basically what you'd expect if you've paid attention to the marketing material up to the game's release. For the most part you could play this game without having played the original, however there are a few references and revelations in there for fans of the original game to enjoy as well.

(As of 21st December 2016) It is no secret that Dishonored 2 isn't the most stable game available on Steam. However, other than a few FPS drops in specific areas I didn't have too many problems with the game myself, however browsing the Community Hub for a while shows that this will differ from person to person so I would advise doing some research before making a purchase.
Apart from the Technical Issues facing the PC version, the game it self is actually quite well executed, minus the odd bug here and there the gameplay is surprisingly smooth and other than a corpse randomly ragdolling for me and my Far Reach glitching out once or twice I didn't really notice any issues in the actual gameplay.

Overall I would say Dishonored 2 is worth the money, if you're someone who is solely put off by the graphical issues, I would say just buy it, see how it runs, then refund it if it doesn't work well on your system. If you are someone who is just looking to experience the story and is not interested in playing a game through multiple times though, I would recommend waiting until this title goes on sale as a single playthrough will not take you too long to achieve. This being said, if you're someone who enjoys replaying a game to try and achieve everything, this game definitely has a lot to offer you at its current price tag.

TL;DR: Solid game with a lot of replayability hindered by a few bugs. Wait for sale if only interested in story.

A decent Civ game with a lot of room for growth (Definitely better than Vanilla Civ V).

The more I play of this game the more I'm starting to realise that this game has quite a lot to offer, from the start the UI and Graphics may put some people off, but this game is still worth checking out.

While there are a few systems I don't agree with such as the Micromanaging involved in cities (Housing and Amenities), Ruthless Barbarians and the Always Angry AI, I would still implore any fan of the series to give this game a fair chance before writing it off.

From what I can tell the always angry AI issue does seem to fix itself later into the game, granted the majority of them remain unfriendly throughout the entire game, a few do seem to ease up and stop being less ♥♥♥♥ about small issues as time goes on, but overall I do feel the AI does need some improvements in order to make the game feel like a step up from the previous installment.

This one might just be me, but the game does seem to have slight issues with the optimisation and issues do start to arise the longer into a session you get, but other than that the game runs rather smoothly. (There have been a few crashes for people I play with and the game does seem to desync a lot, however I'm not sure how common an occurance this is for other players, so keep that in mind)

I really am a fan of the Government system, I personally feel it adds quite a bit of depth to the game and allows you to get some unique benefits such as being millitary units with faith that can really help to make a playthrough feel different than others.

The Civics tree adds to this, by mostly giving you new Government policies to use, but can also get you new units or buildings similar to the tech tree. This is another welcomed addition due to the fact that it does add another aspect to the game that will differ from each playthrough.

While I do have some gripes with the game, such as not being able to rename cities and having to micromanage each city you make, I do feel like this game provides quite the experience. Being around 30hours in right now I can safely say that this game is definitely worth checking out, while in some areas it feels a little lacking, in others the game has been expanded in a way that almost makes you forget about some of the issues. As well as this, a few of the issues I have with the game do seem to sort out the further into a game you get (such as Barbarians and the ever-angry AI).

There are still quite a few things that this game needs to make the game feel complete, which is why I wouldn't recommend buying this game at full price unless you're a diehard fan of the series as in its current state you'll really feel the need for more to be added to the game, however when hasn't this been the case with a brand new Civilization game?

TL;DR - Great start with a few new systems to make for interesting gameplay, but definitely still needs a few more updates / DLCs to surpass Civ V with Expansions.

This game pisses me off so much...
But I can't stop myself going back in for more.

I used to really enjoy staying up until about 6am the next day playing Ace of Spades with a friend. This game was a really enjoyable experience, back when it hadn't been out for too long. However, in more recent times the game has become a purely cancerous experience.

Being from Europe I find it impossible to find a server to play on now that has below 200ping, this is due to there no longer being any European servers meaning I had to try and play an American one, which really did not end well.

In honesty, the fact that they're still charging money for a game that really is unplayable at this point due to it's small playerbase and even smaller server library really is disgusting.

I would highly recommend you avoid buying this as it really is just a waste of money by this point...

This game is amazing. You spawn ♥♥♥♥♥ with a rock, what else would you want in a game?

One of the best games in my Steam Library, this game has me going back to it almost daily now.
If you're looking for a game that you can spend a lot of time on without getting bored of it then this game is definitely for you.
