I believe the only thing this game is missing is multiplayer support

Great game, specially with the incentives for the mod community, so if there is something in the game you wish it was different is not so hard to find a mod that does that.
Also, the devs are still pushing updates with new contents, so another good reason to buy the game.

Not interesting at all... and I love the FF boardgames in general, specially the Arkham Files's ones. But this one, is feels like a very basic game, there is no real consequences to anything you do, and the only moment something has an effect, it is very badly done and don't really seem to fit with the ambiance in general. Feels like I was playing a badly designed version of mansions of madness as a computer game...

The game has potential, but they do not explore it properly.
As a PVP game, the sea battle is really good, but the melee (or the non-sea) combat is just terrible. In addition, there is no much reward for the PVP aspect of the game, other than getting reputation on the reapers or the sea dogs arena, which is why most advanced players usually complain on the current PVP status.
The game has a nice history and environment, however in the current stage it seems like the main purpose of these is just as another background for forcing PVP, which just makes the history and the environment interactions miss-align with what is expected of the players.
Because of this lack of decision on either doing a good PVP game, or having a proper PVE, that boring behaviors appears, such as "Tucking" (hiding in specific places for hours just to get the loot of unaware players after they are done in some event, usually in the Forth of the Damned). This turns the PVP gameplay repetitive and uninteresting, as the most boring hide-and-seek game ever created.
And, as with most of the things in the internet, there is the strong polarization of PVE vs PVP players. In one side of these extremes you find alliance servers (servers that are taken over by a group of people in order to force a PVE only server, with their own rules and guides on what one can or cannot do, which just takes away the role point of being free as a pirate to do whatever you want).
On the other extreme side, for the PVP players, it is not uncommon to find players that believe that their way of playing the game, with PVP only focus is the right one, with child like behavior (toxic players) which just makes it hard to find a good PVP battle (one where the player don't act as a uneducated spoiled kid once it's beaten). Again, it seems that both extreme sides forget that a game where you play as a pirate shouldn't force the players to act as everyone else, instead just be able to play as they want it.
In theory the game developers would provide this "pirate freedom" in the form of no rules being established in the game, which works nice. However, this is a game, and if a player wants to have fun, there is no point in giving the proper tools for the players for them to play the game as they prefer (with a more PVP or PVE focus, or, as it is know a strange mix of both). And since one cannot choose the people they are going to play against, this means that one can go for around 4 hours (the average game session time) of excruciating annoyance, if they aren't very very luck to not end-up in a session with a bunch of kids-teens-like that are just craving for attention. This is in my opinion the worst characteristic of the game, since I really would enjoy competing against my friends or relaxing with my wife on a exploration journey (or maybe do a couples competition?). However, adults (or people that act as such) are clearly not the main audience of this game, so I cannot recommend it to anyone else, unless they are teens and kids (or act as such). If you are an adult, I only would recommend the game if you really want to act as babysitter to other players that act like spoiled children.

This is one one the worst games I've ever played in my live.
Most of the time your character actions are very misleading and unrelated to the choices you pick. Eg: You choose the "Thank you..." choice, than you character starts threatening the other person, and in the end it says "And I won't even say thank you"....
And the worst thing is that you can't go back and chose a better option once you realize the nonsense option you chose first. This in theory is to make you "take responsibility for your actions" and in theory to make you feel more as part of the game history, but the reactions seems so random and nonsensical that it's hard to fell any sense of responsibility at all, just annoyance.
The story is also very pour, all the characters are shallow, and everything just seems very very forced.
So in the end it just feels awful, since the main point of the games seemed to be the game story and your part on it and both of those things are very very badly done.

The loading time for this game is also painfully slow... almost every time you enter/leave somewhere it takes forever to load the next scenario. Sometimes I dreaded going into a building to just finish a quest, since I knew it would take me minutes of loading just to enter a building, talk to someone and then leave.

Not even going to go on the other aspects, like the limited combat options, the bad progression of character and enemy difficulty, the lack of citizens on such a big city like London, the fact that you can 'teleport' to high places but you cant jump through a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fence to enter a building where someone is already waiting for you, and the single tune music that just gets on your nerves.

In the end I forced my self to keep playing until chapter 6(of 7 chapters)... but in the end I just couldn't take it any more, it was excruciating, and after checking some youtube videos to find out the ending of this game, I saw that I didn't miss anything.

This THING is a terrible combination of bad story writing, game mechanics, game engine, music, etc... and worst of all, this game is not even cheap...
