I have had to start the game from the last save 6 times now, due to the game locking up or characters getting stuck behind on in things.

Maybe I'm not looking in the right place, but I was holding off starting this 'til the inevitable updates/fixes. Am I right there hasn't been a single one yet? That seems odd, given current industry trends and the initially not-so-positive response this one received......

Seriously, with some basic animations and an automated system for streamlining the intricate rules which intimidate even boardgamers from the experience, the considerable Lovecraftian fanbase is enough for these to be heavy sellers - the palpable atmosphere alone is suffice. Stop trying to adjust to develop a game based on the lore and universe, it's so hard nowadays to compete there and you already have a successful formula which is easy to translate, so to speak, into this medium. :(...

So I get sanity checks in Cthuhlu and in Arkham Horror. But in this game, everything seems to trigger a sanity check. Read a telegram... sanity check. Read a letter that says "sure you can do this"... sanity check. Read a book that any normal person would read... sanity check. Sanity checks should be for when something Lovecraftian happens, not when you're doing something any normal person would do on any given day. It's even worse when you read a clue that says "go to the science lab" and have to do...
