The update to this demo is bad. Adding timers to being downed doesn't make sense and in most cases you can't get up in time anyway and you just lose. And losing all of your progress when you die is just not fun. I have high hopes for this game but this demo doesn't leave me feeling very optimistic.

Couch multiplayer goodness!

You Don't Know Jack - Good to see YDKJ again. I remember playing the PS1 game and this paid homage to it while still being a fun trivia game. 8/10
Split the Room - Interesting take on a party game where the goal is to "split the room" with difficult to choose answers. Better with more players. 7/10
Mad Verse City - Robot rap battles, need I say more? By far my favorite game in this pack. 10/10
Patently Stupid - Another fantastic drawing game. Select a problem and draw a solution. Very fun. 9/10
Zeeple Dome - A bold attempt at a new game formula for jackbox. You use your phone to launch your character into enemies to kill them. Entirely cooperative. Not the hilarious social game jackbox is known for, but we found some enjoyment out of it. 5/10

In my opinion this is a really solid party pack. 2 of the games are absolute riots (Mad Verse City, Patently Stupid) while YDKJ provides a solid entry to the trivia game we always expect. There's potential for Split the Room with larger groups due to the ridiculous prompts and difficult choices. Zeeple Dome just didn't land well for me.

I am a fan of point and click adventures. This game did not disappoint.

UPDATE: In my original review I said that this game has potential and that I would follow it's continued development. 4 years later I am happy to update my review and recommend this game. While it is not exactly what we were being sold in 2016, it is a now very solid space exploration game.


Original Review (25hrs playtime at launch):Does not live up to the game I was sold on. There is definitely potential to make it great and I will be following the continued development of No Man's Sky. For now however I would not recommend it.
