Such a great game and they actively try to ruin it with the stupid nerfs, PSN drama etc. Devs should really stop nerfing things just because they are popular....

Game is very good, but maybe slightly weird about how it teaches some of its mechanics, such as combat that in the beginning seems way more skill based than it is, Other than that, if you miss the feeling you used to get when first playing Oblivion - this will scratch the itch, just expect that you play as an actual useless peasant that cant even read in the beginning of the game and you will enjoy this.

I played PD2 for over 200 hours, trust me when I say this one isnt worth the full price.
I could be done with all of this game's content in about 4-6 hours if I didnt replay the same heist over and over.
Yea sure they made a few things better in this game but it lacks content, its shallow, its literally 8 missions that you get to play over and over. Even the menu and UI are garbage, levelling system makes no sense and I lost the desire to play the same maps again so fast that I only unlocked like 2 extra weapons. Also - always online is garbage, you don't have lobbies as you used to etc etc etc.
Check back on this game after a few years or only buy it once its -75% on discount. You will thank me.

I played the original game well over 50 times start to finish, this remake doesn't outright replace it for me but I do need to admit that its extremely good as it's own game. It feels like the old game but deep inside you know it really isn't. Still very much worth every penny you spend on it, gameplay is very well polished.

Pretty good as far as coop puzzle games go. Puzzles are at times very creative and interesting, the fact that these are often based on communication skills makes it that much better too. If you liked "It takes two" and are not afraid of fairly challenging puzzles, you really should play that. But I assume this wouldn't be as good if played with a random stranger, so maybe make sure you play this with your friend or partner.
The entire "We were" series is pretty good and unique, there aren't many coop experiences like this.

If you liked katana zero, this will scratch the itch pretty well. But I do have to say, this one is a bit more story focused, sometimes the story interrupts the flow of the gameplay, which is excelent and otherwise very fluid and fast-paced but aside from that this game is extremely underrated and should probably cost more than it does, the soundtrack alone justifies its price.
P.S. If you do pick this up, which I recommend, enjoy crying over a computer game.
