PUG - pick up game

I was thinking of hosting some community PUGs (a couple per week) for these game modes:

-Ultiduo
-Bball
-4v4
-2v2 MGE
-Other game modes?

So, what do you guys think? This may give others an incentive to participate in the group a bit more (and expose people to the competitive side of TF2).
