Thanks so much Radishes and Kobi! This server went farther, and did more to try an break hackers ruining the fun for legitimate players than any other game server I've ever played on. Without you this game would have been total bullshit for me, instead it was one of the ones I came to love the most. Peace. Love. Murder. -Chris

I have not tried running a personal server with Linux so am not able to really know. The only thought I have is to try and google the problem or even post to the 7day forums under tech support.

Kob1, I have a question. Do you know of any way to get past the problem that the linux based server requires glibc_2.15? Besides the obvious answer which is having it. I have access to a server that runs on CentOS 6.9 without an option to change that in the foreseeable future. It's a formidable server, but CentOS 6.9 is only compatible with up to glibc_2.12. SO my hands are tied with being able to start a new server unless somebody with more knowledge/experience than myself can guide me.
