Steam Voice Chat Alternative: GameVox!

Steam chat works well enough, but when you're resource or bandwidth strapped, every little bit counts. GameVox is a lightweight alternative to Steam's processing/bandwidth demanding built in VOIP service.

It's free to use, has a dedicated app and can be used via their website! For all Pixelkicker group members, our own dedicated server is available 24/7! I'm usually signed in, so don't hesitate to say 'hi' if you drop in!

Revising the group details and I noticed Steams handy-dandy game association field. Yeah, crazy, huh? Then I added a few ... please comment with your suggestions!

While you're at it, I've set up a TS Server for the odd occasion we do multiplayer things. Because Skype is bad/wrong/terrible/lame. Worse for gaming.

Details available when required via me.

Did I mention we had a short stint with Multiplayer HL2 and it was messy? Fun, but messy ... but with TS on hand we'll play better.
