Client Slot Change and Latency (Ping) Restrictions

Many of you may know, but this is mainly for those whom have not played in the past few days...

Due to popularity, the server has changed its client slots to the maximum 24 players.

In addition to this, a latency (ping) limit has been implemented to a maximum of 150ms. If you're above this while in the server, you are given warnings that you will be kicked unless the latency drops.
