After Gamespy was shut down now finally QTracker's Gamespy-Emulation is also going offline as you can read here https://www.qtracker.com/news.php

Luckily a solution is already provided as a simple download.
Please everybody get and install this as admin http://vcfiles.free.fr/files/patch_serverlist.bat

So we can keep on playing Vietcong online without using Evolve or Hamachi.
