Does this Game and Swat 4 work on Windows 11?

I really wanted to play and like this game really. But it doesnt even started at all. Yeah I know there are mods etc. but I had to download em unzip and all that.But I WONT! It should be the Job of the devs and/or Companys to keep their games ♥♥♥ updated not mine! Back to Ground Branch or I could purchase Intruder theese games are running at least and are new,modern.So tired of this bullcrap folks....

I love how good the AI is. Even when they command me. Any games alike?
