Colonial Constitution (aka the ultimate guide on how to deal with anything)

Article 1: Every member of the group has the right to maintain the freedom of speech, allowing them to discuss any sort of topic and share any sort of thought. However, the following exceptions are made:
-Topic 2: If any discussions are perceived to be inflamatory and put up our members against each other, those in the discussion shall be warned to proceed with caution and to not exacerbate it; if it continues, the discussion must be controlled by the admins and moderators;
-Topic 3: If a member proceeds to spread lies with the only purpose of damaging one's reputation or to get one's furious reaction, their comments shall be deleted, and the offending member must apologize and compensate for their actions. If this does not happen, admins and mods shall be free to kick them for 1 day.
-Topic 4: The use of an ethnic/racial/sexual slur as a way to provoke or offend someone or some group will not be tolerated, with the offender forced to apologize and be kicked for 1 week.
Article 2: Every member of the group has the right to share any form of content to other members, with some exceptions being made:
-Topic 2: If the content is perceived to be of extremist nature, calling out for the hatred or violence against anyone and any group, and the poster's opinions are sided with the content, it must be taken down and the offender must apologize and be kicked for 1 week.
-Topic 3: Similarly with the discussion of sexual themes, the sharing of sexually explicit content is not illegal, although it must be regulated- To post it, the poster must hide with /spoiler and previously warn about the content, so it can be deleted after a while. Not doing this will get the content deleted and, if repeated, a kick of 1 hour. The only exception to this is "Ram Ranch", because it's funny.
-Topic 4: Sharing content that contains disturbing and violent imagery for the sole purpose of getting one's reaction, popularly known as "gore", is explicitly forbidden; Said content must be taken down immediately and the offender must apologize. Admins must choose if they'll be kicked for 1 week or banned.
Article 3: If a member is proven to be harassing another member, the harasser must apologize to the victim and must stay away from them for as much time as the victim wants. If they do not respect it and continue, the admins are allowed to ban them.
-Topic 2: Similarly, if one, older than 18, is proven to be having inappropriate interactions with a minor with nefarious purposes, also known as "grooming", they must be banned, regardless if the victim is or is not a member of the group.
Article 4: Every member must have their privacy respected, and anything that might be perceived as an unwanted breach of privacy that serves no legal purpose, must be taken down and the offender, depending of the gravity, must just apologize or be kicked for 1 day.
-Topic 2: Similarly, if members partake in a campaign of breaching personal information of someone, known as "doxxing", as a sort of revenge or punishment, it'll still be taken down, regardless of what the target did, as it's the work of admins and mods to decide the punishment.
Article 5: If a member turns out to reoffend numerous times, and won't seem to change for the better, all the admins and mods must discuss whether they give another chance or if they'll ban the reoffender.
-Topic 2: The said reoffender has the right to appeal to the admins to not punish them in a court case, but will have to accept the final decision.
Article 6: If a member has committed an offense, the admins and the mods must go through a "court case" in case of:
-Topic 2: Said offense demands solid evidence in order to be charged.
-Topic 3: If they don't know which punishment they should apply.
-Topic 4: Finally, said court case must be done fairly and must respect both sides, with "innocent until proven guilty" being the rule.
Article 7: In order to someone to join the group, they must:
-Topic 2: Be willing to join and participate in the group;
-Topic 3: Having a clean past, that does not involve any incidents with any members of the group.
-Topic 4: If the latter isn't met, the newcomer and any members involved with the incident must settle down and come to an agreement.
Article 8: If a member wants to add or alterate a law from the Constitution, they must get the support of around 10% of the group in order to the admins discuss about making the change.
-Topic 2: If the owner is the one suggesting a change, they must talk with other members to see if the change should be made.
Article 9: If an extraordinary event rolls out in the group, such as a raid, the owner has the right to activate Emergency Mode, which will allow admins and mods to do whatever that is necessary to control the situation.
-Topic 2: If requested and needed, the owner can give unlimited powers to admins and mods, even if it results in articles not being respected.
-Topic 3: However, if it's proven that an admin/mod has purposefully helped to create said extraordinary situation, they'll be heavily punished by the owner.
