In the Coalition, we value the ideas and opinions of everyone willing to put in the time and effort to develop them. Have an idea for a ship, but not sure where to start? Let us know! We’ll talk it through with you and as long as you’re willing to listen to feedback then we’re willing to hear you out.

Having an open mind breaks the chains of what is average and normal, and in the company of this faction we push ourselves and each other to the best that we can be. Attack the most challenging of tasks head on, fear of the task at hand means that you have already lost, trust in the abilities of yourself and your team because together... nothing is out of reach.

Short and simple.

Ideas are important. If any member has a concept for a ship or even how the faction should be run please voice it to the appropriate party. Ideas keep the world advancing and without them there will never be progression.

There is a very low tolerance for immaturity, griefing, and drama in Valence. Warnings will be issued to members and upon multiple occurrences the guilty party will receive a swift kick.
