Ark server guidelines must be read to avoid issues with etiquette, build location, and size...
The Fire Pit is a PVE server at 3-5x general rates with 120-255 max player level and 240-360 max wild dinos at 1.25x - 2x spawns.

We're dedicated players and only those that want to be part of a "community" should consider joining us.

We take the ecological balance of the map seriously and build guidelines are strictly enforced.

No Tek Teleporters or Cloning Chambers are allowed on the servers!
If caught with one, you'll be banned with no warning.

Each tribe is allowed one "main" base of adequate size to hold everything they need, (within reason). If your "main" base is inland, your water pen won't count against you provided it doesn't extend on land above the water line. If it does, it will count as an outpost/unconnected building.

Each tribe is allowed 2 un-connected buildings/structures/outposts which must follow the build guidelines below. All unconnected structures MUST BE UNLOCKED!
ALL LOCKED STRAY STRUCTURES WILL BE PERIODICALLY DEMOLISHED WITHOUT WARNING!

No building is permitted on mountains, in the swamps, the interior redwoods, on or near offshore islands, icebergs, obelisks, supply drops, ruins, explorer notes, dossiers, ravines/gorges, caves, or anywhere rich in important resource nodes/creature spawns.

Treehouses in the redwoods should be kept to 2 adjoining trees maximum, are only allowed on the outer perimeter, and the site must be pre-approved.

We allow only very small "outpost" type bases in the snow no larger than 400 tiles total area of ground coverage per tribe. Solo players may also build a small outpost in the snow and should keep size to less than 300 tiles total area of ground coverage. These sites must also be pre-approved

Be sure to ask for approval from myself or one of the server Admins before you commit to a site that may be in a "grey" area or you may lose your progress.

Begging, stealing, asking for admin cheats, claiming other players dino's, or just being a fucktard will get you banned immediately, so please don't be "that guy". ;)

Anyone caught cheating will be immediately banned, which adds them to the ban list, which denies them access to other servers using the list.

DO NOT leave stray structures scattered about the island! This is a very important rule to keep the island in a natural state!

DO NOT block travel paths, rivers, ravines, or beaches.

DO NOT build within render range of other bases without permission from the owners!

If you insist upon building a bridge it MUST allow all animals and rafts to pass through easily, and shouldn't extend onto land any farther than absolutely necessary.

If you choose to build on a "prime" location you will be subject to more admin scrutiny, and your base will likely be demolished if you don't play regularly.

No non-native occurring eggs, resources, or gear are to be transferred cross-server with the exception of a whip. Violators will be banned.

Building using mesh exploits will bring an immediate ban.
