And if your hand offends you, cut it off: it is better for you to enter into life maimed, than with two hands to go into Gehenna, into the unquenchable fire, where their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched. And if your foot offends you, cut it off: it is better for you to enter into life lame, than with two feet to be cast into hell, into unquenchable fire, where their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched. And if your eye offends you, pluck it out: it is better for you to enter the Kingdom of God with one eye than to be cast into hellfire with two eyes, where their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched.
