Greeting server administrators. I have been working away at a browser based version of the administration tool and can announce its availability today at https://www.se-admin.com/. Most of the functionality from the original tool is available, the main omissions are server whitelists and blocking by IP address.

I intend to support both tools. The main reasons for a second tool are for technical reasons:

Installation of the executable is becoming more problematic as microsoft tighten up security requirements.To get past them would require code signing and certification, which cost an excessive amount of money for something I'm giving away for free.
The tool takes 220mb of space due to the need to bundle a java virtual machine. Whilst that's not huge, I feel it is an excessive amount of space to take and I have no reliable way round it without creating huge support issues for myself.
A browser based tool is always going to be up to date.

The browser tool does have some security preconditions you will need to be aware of before it can be used. These are explained in the FAQ and the getting started guide.

All your data is still local - nothing gets sent back to the server. The only thing I can see from server logs is the IP address of anyone accessing the site.

Remove all support for IPStack. It is causing more problems than I am prepared to support.
Changed the IP address checking to reduce delay on connecting to a server with several players already online. Extreme IP limits the number of checks to 20 per minute, so connecting the tool to a full server was resulting in an initial delay up to 45 seconds before displaying any player information. The lookups are now performed in the background and the player IP address is shown until the real location information can be collected. Online player locations will be collected with a delay of 3.5 seconds between each one.

I can still access the server using Peter's admin tool and everything is fine with the server but I just can't connect using the dedicated remote server site.

Hello Guys,

I have not been able to connect to my Sniper Elite 4 server via the dedicated remote server website for a couple of days now, has anyone else had any issues doing this or do you not use it anymore?
When I enter the server details, I.P. address, Port Number and password I then click on 'Connect' but nothing happens?
I do not know who I should contact regarding this issue, whether it's Steam or Rebellion?
