Join this group if youre serious about playing in a mature tactical server.

I'm looking for mature minded players to join our server. if you think you have what it takes to join with out hacks, mic spamming and disrespectful garbage please accept our invite.

This group will be your headquarters. when you join the group we will try to keep you informed on any new updates for the Insurgency M.I.C Server. if you're a new player, i will try to help you with any questions you might Have to the best of my knowledge. post them up on the discussions section and i will try and answer your questions as soon as possible.

Change your INS footsteps and reload audio, with left4dead2 sounds.

Here are the files to convert you INS footsteps and voice files. the files are similar to the original files in movement and steps. the major difference? the volume of the footseps are lower and easier on the ears. for example, maps like Singar, which require long hauls across the map at times. the other files included are, voice files for reloads and nades. enjoy.. and join the group if you havent yet.

Install: back up your original sound files, just incase you dont like the new sounds.

then copy and replace the new files in to your INS sounds folder which should be in a directory like this...

on windows

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Source SDK Base\insurgency\sound\foley\player\footsteps

copy the voice files* in to this directory

*marines only

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Source SDK Base\insurgency\sound\vox\usmc\normal

remember to copy them correctly, if not your game will crash.
