Here are the files to convert you INS footsteps and voice files. the files are similar to the original files in movement and steps. the major difference? the volume of the footseps are lower and easier on the ears. for example, maps like Singar, which require long hauls across the map at times. the other files included are, voice files for reloads and nades. enjoy.. and join the group if you havent yet.

Install: back up your original sound files, just incase you dont like the new sounds.

then copy and replace the new files in to your INS sounds folder which should be in a directory like this...

on windows

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Source SDK Base\insurgency\sound\foley\player\footsteps


copy the voice files* in to this directory

*marines only

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Source SDK Base\insurgency\sound\vox\usmc\normal


remember to copy them correctly, if not your game will crash.
