Downtown Line 3 Opened

From northwest to east, through Beauty World, the Botanic Gardens and Bedok Reservoir, the Downtown Line takes you across the island to the best-loved spots in town and home again.

State-of-the-art systems on a new generation of more spacious trains mean the daily commute is safer and more comfortable.

Get going and get there with ease. 13 interchanges mean more connections for you to choose from and less time travelling.

The Downtown Line consists of 3 stages, and will be fully completed on the 21 Oct 2017. When ready, it will be the longest automated underground train line in Singapore.

SGSecure is a national movement to sensitise, train and mobilise Singaporeans to play a part to prevent and deal with a terrorist attack.

Use the SGSecure app to:

- Receive important broadcast messages from the authorities on the latest situation in the event of major emergencies

- Seek assistance from the authorities should a major situation happen in your vicinity

- Send videos, photos and messages to the authorities to provide information on a situation which you have witnessed

- Access links to Police@SG and myResponder apps

- Access the SGSecure e-learning package and learn how to better protect yourself and others in an emergency.
