A collection of dedicated players who are willing to fight in tournaments, stay in a game for several hours at the least, depending on the game type, are who make up the Lasting Games Guild. This does not mean staying for a 15 hour game or some other absurd time. It means no early game leaving or rage quitting, no going afk for long periods of time and making the game enjoyable for others in it. The groups gone public since September 8th, 2014, before previously being closed. We have instituted a new tournament system, so pay attention to announcements for more details.

Requirements to Join:

- The Guild is public, so anyone can join. However, if enough evidence is given of rule infringement or repeated complaints, the Guild retains its power and authority by banning you from the group and any following tournaments for a set period of time. We try to limit permanent bans, unless the situation absolutely calls for it.

- Has to be friendly, fair and...no, nevermind. We want competitive and warlike guys as much as friendly guys. However, we don't condone massive arguments that stall a game or cause them to fall apart.

- Must acknowledge the Guild as the supreme group of Steam and report any infringements of the rules to officers. Try to get screenshots to prove that someone is intentionally preventing a game from running smoothly (i.e. leaving the game or rage-quitting.

Tournaments take place every Sunday, and have a set time period of around 6-8 hours. If you're looking to host or take part in a tournament match, contact me or an admin and we'll assign you the event in the events schedule. Hosts are responisble for ensuring everyone has enough time to dedicate for the match, and for partaking in the match itself. Winners will for now be made "Member of the Week", until we have a decent number of tournaments going again to reinstitute the ranking system.
