ACERCA DE Killing Floor Content Creators Hub

A hub for mappers, coders, and artists to share knowledge and content related to Killing Floor.

The goal of this group is to create a community where those of any skill level can come together to share their ideas, creations, and general love for the game with the rest of the community.

This group also offers a great environment for individuals who are new to the Killing Floor content creation scene to ask questions, get answers, and pickup new skills that will help them in future projects.

Group restructuring & shift of focus.

When I originally started this group the idea was to have a place where modders & mappers could share assets and knowledge with each other in order to create a database of sorts where people could come to find things like 2D Textures, 3D Models, Code snippets, and tutorials.

However the majority of people who have joined the group have been seeking help or information about the mapping process in general.
In response to this moving forward the main focus of the group will be on providing assets and information in the form of written and video based tutorials that will help both newcomers and veterans of the Killing Floor modding scene in their future projects.

Even with this new shift in focus I will still be retaining some of the original categories as well for those who still want to use them.

On another note if anyone has any suggestions or requests for tutorials or assets I’ll do my best to accommodate them. :peace:

So it’s that time of the year again, what time you ask? Well it’s that one time of the year where everyone’s wallets line up at the station in order to board the GABE TRAIN, and in the process are drained until they resemble shriveled up raisins that have been left out to dry in the Sahara desert.

For anyone still wondering what in the hell all this drivel was about…. Wait for it….

So hide your wallet, hide your purse, hide you bills…. Hide your… kids… not sure where I was going there… but anyway you get the point.

I'm only still here because I simply love the buggy mess KF1 to bits :P
There are communities but it depends on your definition of active. Anyway cheers, I'll at least have a look at the discord.

Almost all the active KF2 modders moved over to a Discord server I manage and as for KF1 specifically I honestly don’t know of any dedicated KF1 communities that are still active.
The best place to try would be the official TW Forums.

You’re also free to join the unofficial KF2 modding discord server you might be able to find some information there but I can’t guarantee anything.

Group looks pretty dead to me, and needless to say there aren't a lot of people even playing that game consistently anymore.

If you like you can create a guide or thread and post in the “Tutorials” discussion category, I would suggest posting a guide that way it will also show up in the SDK guides.:peace:
