Tips for manual download maps :

Download the zip files.
Open the zip files and move all the files out from da zip files.
Go to Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\download\maps
Copy the (map name).bsp files and paste it
If you found thereas another files like material. You can just copy da files and paste it into Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\download\material directly.

Your fwen in ur party joined a server, but u dint :
- Open console.
- Type in " disconnect "
- TA-DA!!
Stuck in queue bug :
- Open console.
- Type in " tf_party_leave "
- TA-DA!!
Da 2 problems above are happened randomly and often. Don't reinstall ur Steam and TF2 to solve it . although I done this shet be4 XD It won't help much, da problem still exist.
