About the DOGs
The DOGs formed on 24 Feb, 2012.

The DOGs are a group of mature gamers only looking for a place to call home after a long day. We grow weary of the l33t gamers and other snot-nosed stereotypes that come to mind. In fact, we fully intend to teach those l33t gamers how its done. We'll salute you with a chuckle as you rage quit because mommy made you go to bed after we kicked your butt! It's our game now, go to bed so the grown-ups can play.

If you are at least 25, mature, and willing to be part of a team, then I'd like to invite you into the DOGs. If you can fake your age and we can't tell, then we don't care. We are looking for mature gamers that can handle themselves like adults. I've seen sixteen year old's who are more mature then 30 year old's. And yes, 25 is a real expectation. I'd much prefer 30 or even 35. However, the real goal here is maturity. And yes, we can tell if you're 15, so don't bother..

We are family friendly. This means the age restriction is not absolute. Nobody will tell a member they can't bring their son on with us. With that in mind, we ask that language is kept family friendly also.

The DOGs have some simple rules and concepts. Nobody will tell you how to play. I didn't pay for your game, you did. Our group is not about control, power, or anything else beyond just having fun as adults.

However, that doesn't mean we aren't competitive. We take care of our own. Always have, always will. As such we do require teamwork and cooperation towards group goals. As long as you are capable of evaluating things that are needed by the group and self motivated to pitch in, you'll fit right in.

Lonewolf stuff is perfectly fine as well, as long as you aren't leeching from a dedicated group that is working together. If you aren't pitching in, then don't be a leech.

Push To Talk is required. However, if we can't tell, then once again, we don't care. Meaning if I can hear your better half screaming at you through the mic, you'll get muted until you can figure it out. We are supposed to be adults here, not disruptive kids that could care less.

The gist of the rules are as follows...
* 25+ is highly preferred.
* Voice coms are mandatory.
* Push To Talk is required
* Must speak discernible English
* Keep chat family friendly.
* Stay away from politics, religion or other potentially toxic topics.
* Respect others.

Common sense is required. Cheaters, hackers, and etc will not be tolerated in the DOGs. They will be reported in game or where applicable. Maturity doesn't mean 18 year old's that burp in the mic. Nor does it mean mature content. If I have to explain common sense, then you aren't mature enough to be with the DOGs. That is the bottom line.

If you want to run with the big DOGs, you have to pee in the tall trees.
