Time to fix Overkill's mess with their so called "rebalance"

Back to square one thanks overkill's so called rebalance.
I'm getting tired of their ♥♥♥♥♥, time to fix things up
Switched to BLT since v2.0.0

I concentrate on fixing the the mess they did rather than add stuff or reverting everything.
The keyword in their rebalance is NORMALIZE.

I'm sorry it took way too ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ long to get it done, put the blame on my graphics card that died denying me from testing and properly crunching numbers

- New vanilla shotgun damage
- Added Sydney and Biker weapons
- Revised accuracy on pretty much everything
- Maybe more stuff I forgot about

The new skil tree update will change a lot of things. I won't/can't work on it untill it comes out and even then it might take some times crunching all the numbers.

Ye, it only affects you so it can be used in any lobby.

Just a small question from 1 dumdum. This mod can be used in a normal lobby/matchmaking/multiplayer/you know what I mean.

LOL I keep forgetting to disable it because I molotov myself with zerker too. Anyway, yes, SHOTGUNS ARE BACK BABY

That's just great. No longer need Berserker to make Shotguns viable.. Thank you so much.
However I still play Berserker and I always molotov myself at the beginning of the heist, and nerfed self fire damage sucks for me :D It would be excellent if I had the option to disable it.

Edit: Ok I disabled it nevermind :D
