Rectified group permissions - With all of these Admins must ask each other/let each other know, before doing something.

- The Administrators must collaborate to select player of the week and put forward candidates and decide with me, and I'll then do the Player of the Week. This avoids ♥♥♥♥♥ like the Burger King kid picking themselves ;)

- Only I have the power to ban users from the chat room, kick members from the group, and delete comments. Admins must put forward their reasoning to me first.

Discussion Board and About Section

- Updated 'About' section to show all information

- Discussion Board has been greatly updated and modified, please use the appropriate Boards. (I'm doing it as soon as finished this post)
