Although I'm not normally a tower defense player, I was drawn to this game because of the art and tile placing mechanics. I love all of the monster designs and appreciate that we can upgrade each unit outside of battle. I also enjoy placing each new section of the map down, in ways where my units can shoot across tiles for maximum damage.

There are a couple small things I would love to see improved, and they are below (although some of this could be user error).

- Being able to rotate the map. I accidentally put a unit in front of an egg, and I couldn't hatch it because every time I clicked, it highlighted my unit instead (I know you can move units, but I don't want to waste my precious gold!)
- See what perks each unit has unlocked in battle (it's nice to be able to refresh yourself mid-battle what each unit does)
- More clarity on the upgrades received every 5 waves. Even though I unlocked perks for my units in the main menu, the perks also appeared in the wave 5 reward. Is this upgrading the existing perk? Or is it just unlocking it for this play-through? I have no idea.

Overall I've had a wonderful time so far and I'm excited to see where this game goes as it develops! Great work devs!!

Really solid twist on the tower defense genre with monster collecting and solid roguelite rpg mechanics to upgrade your runs over time. Makes the game feel really rewarding and addictive.
