Is it supposed to be this punishing?? Everything I do is a wrong move, and there's endless enemies?

I looooved this game! Anybody have any suggestions of games like it?

The rest of the game felt well done but here we have constant enemy respawns and a boss with insane aoe attacks It feels more tedious and unnecessarily punishing than challenging

Haven't been able to find any information about what the team has been up to since Druidstone released, whether they're working on something new or taking a hiatus or if they have any plans for the future. Druidstone is an awesome game and I hope they continue to develop games in the future....
