i hate ark ultemet survivor and so i have the title to season pass yet when i try to play it it wants to be buy it again?

Every time i try to open the game, it keeps telling me "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item" therefore failing the game to launch.. Been a while since i played ark, just got back to it, and only happened just now, any help?...

I have put narcotic into the mouth of three raptors, and am feeding them meat, making them eat the meat and narcotic, but the taming is staying at 0.0% I made sure that I can tame dinos, and increased the speed of taming to max. Tried the same thing on a Carnotaurus, wiped that game, then started brand new game, tried to tame a spinosaurus, and the taming meter NEVER advanced. am I missing something?...
