Recently got the game and I'm really enjoying it so far. I've noticed a couple things that have me wondering if I'm under leveled. TLDR beneath the line. I've already learned a bit, without major spoilers, that you need to complete the game at least three times - is that enough to discover the most important aspects of the plot? Is the second playthrough exactly the same or shorter? my concerns are whether it will be boring...

I had the game on my pc for a while and wanted to try it again and play it through. Now i started at a solid 40fps and it has been dropping through the tutorial mission. Now i cannot do anything and it keeps being at 8fps. Restarted it many times, redownloaded, put it on my C-drive even changed the manage 3d settings for nvidia. Im using a nvidia geforce rtx 2070 super, and 32gb of ram. I have no issues with the game before on an even older pc so i dunno why its having issues now. Anybody can help with...
