I've already learned a bit, without major spoilers, that you need to complete the game at least three times - is that enough to discover the most important aspects of the plot? Is the second playthrough exactly the same or shorter? my concerns are whether it will be boring...

Recently got the game and I'm really enjoying it so far. I've noticed a couple things that have me wondering if I'm under leveled. TLDR beneath the line. Since this isn't about plot, I'll stay vague to avoid spoilers as best as I can. So for context of where I am in the game, I'm still pretty early.
