Over-colonization is ruining my current game. I colonized only 7 systems and over-colonization is already triggered. I did an extensive search and I found that I need Autonomous Administration to be built in a system that provides a cap of only one extra system. I however need colony development 4 to build this building. That however needs colony development 3 and 2. I have seen this in several playthroughs. Basically, the types of luxury resources are limited to a couple. This makes the game unplayable and one just notices this after enough expansion! I played the current game for a few hours and just noticed that so I have to restart which is very annoying. I was wondering if you have the same problem and if there is a fix for this....

What is the proper way to use projectile weapons?
