I've noticed and tested that the 'Hardship Ready' Ecologists forced law has a -100% penalty on the Planet's FIDS and the Dictatorship and Republic version has a -75% penalty, instead of the -50% and -25% that the law states respectively. I didn't look too hard, but was there a patch that nerfed it and they didn't change the text or is this a recent bug, cause I don't remember the numbers being like this way back then....

Recently i've mastered Vodyani to the point my friends say they're the most broken faction/strongest and want me to switch factions because I can make my Ark fleets above 300k damage with one/two click siege and movement around 20-30 depending on my science tree/law. Can anyone argue that my faction isn't the strongest and other factions can beat Vodyani without the use of Juggernauts because apparently that's the only way to beat my Arks? For more context, I can make an Ark Fleet around 40k around turn 40...

Over-colonization is ruining my current game. I colonized only 7 systems and over-colonization is already triggered. I did an extensive search and I found that I need Autonomous Administration to be built in a system that provides a cap of only one extra system. What is the proper way to use projectile weapons? I went through a lot of reading and I really cant think of a reason why kinetic would be better than beam/laser weaponry mainly due to range, flak, and delay. - Cross fire makes long range a much more common than other range regardless of tactic cards... -This renders pure slug unrealistic... - And the only long range projectile weapons (missiles/bombers) are often countered by flak and has a delay...
