I just revealed and tried to redeem a key from Fanatical I bought in October 2019 and it said "already redeemed." Can anyone explain this? I want a replacement key.

I've tried all the things that people have mentioned to get a true fullscreen, but no matter what, clicking at the edge of the screen just brings me to the desktop. If I try in maximized windowed mode, the game just pauses.
