Doesn't yet feel loved enough, but aren't we all.

here's my review for this AMAZING game:

firstly, the best way to describe this game is that it's a hybrid inbred child of "Call of Juarez Gunslinger" "Postal 2," "Red Dead Redemption" and a bit of "Long Road Trip: Car Driving"

this game is so whacky and insane, it just drops you right into the fun stuff, and the voicelines are top tier, just as an example, I heard someone say "Clear my browser search history" when i killed them.
The graphics are not like modern realistic, it's low poly and pixelated, but it works PERFECTLY and the creator did an amazing job. It works perfectly with the whacky, goofy mechanics of the game, and i personally love that type of art style in games.

the mechanics and controls are pretty good, but it does need some small changes. It feels a bit floaty and slippery, but it could just be me being used to stiff movements in games. I found it funny that i could sling my hat rope thing? super far and just fling them forwards, it's even more fun if you combine it with shooting them as you do it. i was REALLY impressed when i got the map and could move around the big map. There were some flaws though like when i first traveled i did not know what i was doing so i just clicked and i ended up on a super tall stone pillar like 400 meters off the ground, but i was floating like 50 meters above the pillar itself, together with 3 or 4 enemies. full on Looney Tunes moment, but fortunately there was almost no fall damage, and when i jumped down and landed i only lost like 10% of my health. It was quite funny though.

the shooting feels nice, similar to "Call of Juarez Gunslinger" or "Postal 2" in some ways. The guns were a bit confusing though, like i got a gun worth 666 that did 40 damage but also a gun worth around 900 that only did 29 damage, same gun as well just different damage and price and that was a bit confusing. when i discovered i could dual wield guns i was quite excited, i struggled a bit at first, but when i found the inventory i easily figured it out but i mainly just used 1 gun because its not possible to aim down with 2 guns in this game.

the inventory is nothing special, i did see there's item slots for clothing and some other stuff, but i didn't play the game enough to find anything for that. It also had a player skills menu, which again i have done nothing with because i only played for 30 minutes because i died and got stuck being killed over and over again because it spawned me in front of like 5 enemies with guns pointed towards me constantly.

the game has horses, and all i found out is that it makes you travel faster and makes you feel awesome riding a horse and blasting bullets everywhere. The only thing i did not like was that it seems like horses die from being shot once so i got quite sad when my horse died even though i only had it for around 5 minutes, i named it Timmothy :D

also, the fact that this is just the demo is INSANE, there's probably around 2 or 3 hours or more of content in the demo itself, i at least think it's a demo because you can wishlist the full game on Steam and it's not out yet.

but yeah, in short, if you like "Postal 2" and wild west games that are whacky, then you NEED to check it out, i plan to play more and maybe edit my review to add more detail to it.
