buggy mess. last update completely broke it cant get past tutorial and no buildings spawn in

I'll still keep an eye on the full release in hopes it changes a fair bit from this, but I have to admit I wasn't into the demo. It was a surprise. I typically love wild west settings and I enjoyed the dev's other game, Golden Light.

It's fairly buggy, but a demo so I can't fault it too much there. The game design however feels very all over the place. The map design in fight focused areas feels like it's trying to be an immersive sim of some sort, but the traversal and combat mechanics don't feel the same way, and enemys feel like they're just sort of, scattered about with little rhyme or reason.

The combat also feels rough, like it can't decide if it's supposed to be a fast paced shooter with how rapid everything can be, or slow and methodical with how quickly enemys can kill you. I started getting the hang of it but it never felt satisfying. The gun aim also feels very inconsistent.

Using the world map for travel seemed to be the only realistic way to do so, otherwise you're stuck exploring huge empty maps that felt like they're big for the sake of just being big. It's mostly just randomly scattered rocks, enemys, loot points, and empty buildings. The map quick travel also got me stuck in walls sometimes when leaving it, and once I spawned high in the sky which was odd.
