Hooked me pretty good, dunno even why, as I never really was into CRPGs. There were some issues that I had, small and large, but not something which would make me unable to recommend the game.

TLDR: If you like turn based RPG this is a MUST. One of the peerless masterpieces like Arcanum and BG3.

Behind the deceptively simplistic and dated graphics hides a deep and extremely lore and content rich game with fantastic combat which has immense depth to it.

It might be a very daunting game to play at first because you can die to all sorts of things, traps, bad in-game life choices, combat death and the like but you'll get the hang of it. You might not immediately be able to use a crafting and alchemy to your advantage and might even skip most of the content of each city on your playthrough but as you play more and more different characters you will see more options, more paths and more quests. I have played this game a LOT and still there is new stuff to discover.

It has a lot of replayability, interesting setting and most of all - its fun. This is one of the few games that have that 'exploration' spark in it.

You 100% should play this. 10/10 flawless masterpiece up till last 20% of the game. Unfortunatly the end game development was rushed, even if developers might say otherwise. But i guarantee you, this is an extremely good game if you can look past the graphics and learn a tiny bit of how combat works.
