I keep getting perks that say level 7 or higher, how do i get them? is it just RNG and i have bad luck?

Has anyone beaten it? I can't handle flying enemies with yukas and wakames alone. Stuff to tough. I have beaten everything else and this is the only star missing.

Thanks to w/e the developer did has completely ruin an awesome game. You Restricted Players with these stupid Tower use Restriction In which you should never do on a TD games even I know that regardless if i play them or not... Not only that YOU CANT FREAKING UPGRADE ANY TOWERS wth is the point on giving us towers AND NOT FREAKING UPGRADE THEM Endless mode is not even possible and any one who states they did it either show me proof and WITHOUT CHEATS... I gave a quick glance at the Workshop but only managed to see audio related mods, despite the workshop having different categories for new monsters, characters and more. Is there an available guide on how to mod this game in order to port custom sprites or overall assets to the game?...

Been trying to do this level for awhile and typically manage the enemy rushes just fine. However I usually end up falling apart when Aya and the Silver Wolf enemies show up in large numbers, like in hordes of 7. Anyone have a suggestion on how to deal with these guys? Cirno seems unable to slow em down....
