I keep getting perks that say level 7 or higher, how do i get them? is it just RNG and i have bad luck?

I gave a quick glance at the Workshop but only managed to see audio related mods, despite the workshop having different categories for new monsters, characters and more. Is there an available guide on how to mod this game in order to port custom sprites or overall assets to the game?...

Has anyone beaten it? I can't handle flying enemies with yukas and wakames alone. Stuff to tough. I have beaten everything else and this is the only star missing.

Thanks to w/e the developer did has completely ruin an awesome game. You Restricted Players with these stupid Tower use Restriction In which you should never do on a TD games even I know that regardless if i play them or not... Not only that YOU CANT FREAKING UPGRADE ANY TOWERS wth is the point on giving us towers AND NOT FREAKING UPGRADE THEM Endless mode is not even possible and any one who states they did it either show me proof and WITHOUT CHEATS... Can anybody help me? I've been trying to get all the achievements from this game. But I'm having a lot of trouble unlocking the enemy located between "Mother of Darkness" (the giant black spider) and "kokoro" (Hata no Kokoro) in page 11 of the Gensokyo-Wiki. I played both modes of the "celestial trials" and "trials of courage" (Endless and Bossrush) countless times and it never showed up. I also finished story mode and the EX-stages. Am I doing something wrong? Am I just really unlucky?...
