the clock stops alot when my workers are selling. i can do some random workaround with setting them to rest then saving and reload save but it does not fix it for more then a few mins. any idea?

This may seem like a dumb question but when do you get new workers? I've been selling ultra pure stuff for 40 bucks just to build my rep, its up to seven bars now and yet i haven't gotten a single new worker? should i up their pay? it's at 150 right now.

What exactly is going on with the game? I have been playing for 3 days many restarts and same result. The result is stuck with only 3 sellers and 2 dealer. rep goes down to nothing and wont go back up. Heat is none existent and buyers eventually start telling me they are losing my number and i kept them waiting too long. I feel like it has a lack of updates?...
